A common struggle people experience when trying to reach their fitness goals is maintaining motivation. Motivating yourself is crucial to stay consistent with workouts and nutrition. Although it may seem impossible at times to muster up enough motivation to continue your journey, there are a few simple steps you can take that will set you on the right path to keep moving forward!

A Crowning Moment, Miss Nashville 2018

On September 30,2017, I competed in the Miss Nashville Pageant.  I was in complete shock when the announcer called my name as the new Miss Nashville 2018. I was shaking as I was handed flowers, my sash was placed across my shoulder, and they pinned a crown on my head. In disbelief, I looked to see familiar faces in the crowd smiling and capturing photos. This was it, the beginning of a new chapter, a new year as Miss Nashville.
